VISUAL ART & ILLUSTRATIONS

 

For the past four decades, Leah Frederick has wielded a pen to create art that conveys a wealth of whimsy and humor. Her first art public exhibit featuring over 200 drawings occurred at the ripe age of 9. After a brief stint at the Art Academy of Cincinnati and a summer internship with the late artist and sculptor Jan Knoop, Leah struck out on her own. In addition to the many private commissions she has accepted over the years, her body of 2D and 3D work can be viewed in galleries, educational publications, children's stories, marketing advertisement, and Boone County, Kentucky's 40-foot Community-Center-on-Wheels.
