At age 3, I began drawing, primarily cartoons of people. At age 9, I had my first art show at a local college, a six-year retrospective that included over 200 drawings. My doodles, as they were often called, led to work as a freelance illustrator. Projects have included the children's book "Gap On The Map," cartoons and caricatures for several individuals and businesses, a series of educational illustrations to help teach kids math, and designing art that is featured on the Boone County Community Center On Wheels.
